Careers

Build the software backbone of Indian quantum.

RSL Quantum is hiring a founding engineering team. If you want to work on quantum compute, quantum intelligence, sensing, materials, or applications, with research grade depth and product grade discipline, we want to hear from you.

How we work

Principles that shape every hire.

Lab to product

Every line of code traces back to a research result. We do not ship vapour.

India first

The stack is built in India, by Indian researchers, aligned with the National Quantum Mission.

Open by default

Benchmarks, datasets, and a fair share of code are open. Closed work earns the right to be closed.

Calm pace

We work hard but we do not burn out the team. Depth over speed.

Open roles

Founding team. Hand picked.

We are actively building the founding engineering and research team. Roles are not posted line by line because the company is still in its founding phase. Instead, write to careers@rslquantum.com with a short note on what you have built. Real work matters more than a CV here.

Areas of interest, in priority order:

  • Quantum software engineer. Compilers, simulators, runtime.
  • Research scientist. Quantum algorithms, error mitigation, hybrid methods.
  • ML engineer with quantum kernels and variational training experience.
  • Product engineer for benchmarks, developer tooling, and SDK polish.
  • Research interns from IITs, IISc, and partner universities.
